How about saying: Ok, so what if I have a panic attack when I hear my voice, so and so's voice, etc. So what! Try accepting the thought instead of fighting it. Breathe in. hold for four. Breathe out slowly. Then say: I will handle it.

When you fight you create discomfort but when you allow/accept the scary feelings (and thoughts) move through you much quicker.

Your ultimate goal is to dismiss these thoughts without any emotional attachment at all. It takes practice so be patient with yourself.
