Stress Center Peer Support

I'm really curious - I see all of these posts from people that say they are new here and they'd like to keep in touch with everyone, but then I never see them on here again. Is there another forum that everyone is going to? I keep seeing the same names all the time posting and responding to others, and it's not many of us.

I've been away, but don't know where some of the new ones are going. Maybe life has been getting them down or distracted.
I finally realized that I needed some help with some hormone replacement so that has helped to calm my anxiety down. I have done everything to reduce my anxiety and the hardest part now is that summer and long sunny days are gone. So this is affecting my good mood. Otherwise, I keep on working on things that bother me.

Which right now are little things around my house...and I know part of it is due to lack of summer fun in the sun. I don't like the short days that have turned cold. Ugh..paislee

I can totally relate to what youre feeling about summer being over. I realized I get more depressed during the winter time or at night. Its hard but its good to get through it so we can practice getting comfortable with it. Good luck.

I posted about a week ago, told my story, how my anxiety is back and all that, not one response. I use to get many responses, even if just showing support. I was very surprised at the lack of response or acknowledgement.

I cannot really think of anywhere else to go, this place helped me a lot in 2008 and was just hoping to get a little support again in 2011. Sucks that I am relapsing, but, life isn't always what we want it to be.

I agree with Engine2. I have posted on here a few times during the summer months and I think I got a total of three replies. For some reason I was expecting more and was a bit dissapointed with the lack of response.
