Interesting discussion. I have the same questions. Apparently, this forum isn't that active anymore. I wonder what is going on. The index doesn't even work anymore. I got to this page by following the "your posts" link on my user page CP. I hope this pick up soon. But I'm glad someone mentioned the "daily strength" website. I'll check that out.
