Hi all well i've been doing better for the most part until last night I felt that ol familiar feeling coming on and for no reason I just got out of the shower getting ready to get into bed and boom it hit,the attack lasted for a few minutes I was able to talk myself through it.I thought oh great i've been saying i'm doing better so now i've went and jinxed myself! My therapist told our group that usually what happens is at the end of the day when we are on our down time is when it hits from something during the day we are so busy dealing with the stuff during the day it don't hit us right then it's when we are setting down at rest and then it hits I don't know if this is true but I thought I would share it with you guys.Well til next time...April

Most of my anxiety attacks hit at night time before I go to bed. I tell myself that I'm tired and had a long day and that's why I'm feeling anxious, and that usually helps me feel better.

April, good for you for talking yourself through the attack! That's hard to do. You really ARE doing better!
