Hello,
I am new to this program, and not really accustomed to reaching out like this. I thought I would give this a try though...
I am working hard to be active and "alive" as I recover from a life long struggle with anxiety, but I dont know how to handle my emotions when others around me question my commitment to getting better, and my use of time. My first instinct is to shut down, but I know that doesnt solve anything...what now?
