Stress Center Peer Support

What in the world is going on with all these posts that are advertisements or don't make any sense? This is supposed to be a Peer Support post for individuals with emotional problems to help each other, not a billboard for advertising!

Have no inside scoop, but would suggest to ignore those who do not belong. What I have noticed is that a thread asking people to join on FB has vanished. Or am I losing my marbles?

Am very pleased it is gone. Is FB lacking people? Does it offer a program like this one?

Without sounding like an idiot, what is FB. I haven't seen that. I do ignore those that don't belong, but I can't imagine why StressCenter allows them to post things like that.

Sorry, KAMO. I've seen FB as the abbreviation for Facebook. Have yet to understand its great appeal. See who befriends me or unfriends me?

The administration of sites is likewise a mystery. Wish I could be more helpful. There are worse hackers and they were here at one time. Don't know how they are kept out but we can ignore them. If they get worse administration will notice them.

Hello, I'm clearing the spam as quickly as possible but seems someone decided every thread needed at least one. so it's taking longer than planned. Our apologies for this spam/junk, seems a few people really do need a life offline, but it happens on every forum that I know of.

Thank you WebAdmin for responding. Will try and remember the triangle. Regardless, the program can and does help people and that's so wonderful. We thank you for the site where we can express ourselves and try and help each other.

Thank you Tina and very happy the program is working for you! It did for me years ago, yes I've been though the 13 weeks as well, suffered from panic attacks & social functions. That is all gone nowdays and I enjoy working with people and life itself. Have a fun day....go out and everyone...do something nice for yourself today!

Thank you so much for helping out with this. I don't know why this continues especially when they get no replies and it doesn't look like anyone even looks at those emails. They just take up space.

These are what are called spam bots that fire emails or hit threads on forums 1000's at a time with no preference whether someone looks or not. If you take 1 person buying 1 item for 19.95 from 50,000,000 sites...yes somebody might get rich BUT 99.9% of the time nothing is ever sent to the person who paid for that item. Don't click on any links either because some links are nothing but malware and/or virus links that script kiddies (nicknames for people who have nothing to do but destroy other peoples systems), enjoy doing for fun. If this type of person would put their energy into doing something good the world would be even a better place to live but unfortunately every society on earth has a set of bad ones that like to destroy more than help.
