I've been dealing w/anxiety over a decade, and it's been good and bad, but I notice different sypmtoms seem to cycle.
All of a sudden I have tingling in my legs/feet, hands, tougue. Also headaches. Anyone else think this is just a new anxiety symptom. B/c in true worrier style I jump to serious health conditions. So anyone else dealing, please post. thank you in advance for your help.

Sounds like anxiety to me. I've had the tingling in the same spots, and the headaches probably came from worrying about the tingling.

I've never had Migraine headaches until a few years ago. And I've had anxiety for as long as I can remember.

When you get that tingling, do the relaxation and see how that helps. Do you remember what you were doing right before the tingling? I'd guess you were having some negative thoughts.

You'll be fine. Try not to worry about it.

Thanks deedee for your post, today i'm feeling better, somtimes you just need to vent, and even though you can talk to loved ones. My husband tells me all the time, he just doesn't have the words I"m looking to hear. It's hard to offer advice or counsel for somthing you've never experianced. THanks again, Godbless!

I too have the tingling and numbness which is probably one of my scariest feelings. Mine is mostly due to the severe muscle tension that I have placed upon myself during these times of stress. I often think I have bad things too!
