hi there...trust me your not alone on this one...the vision symptom was one that scared me the most....so one night i went into the chat on this site and nearly EVERYONE in there told me they have the same symptom....which made me feel better...i knew i wasn't dying. And my guess would be it is anxiety...never hurts to have it checked out ...but i'm 99% sure it's your anxiety...maybe being tired going along with it ...i feel like i'm spaced out and in a fog all the time....and my vision gets blurred...or i'll see little spots....just float with it and tell yourself u know it's just anxiety and it will subside. Hope this helps .....*HUGS*

Yes this is a common problem. I freaked myself out and thought I had muscular sclerosis and diabetes! I would see like glitter dusts or spots of light. And definantly floaters. But then they go away. Another one I struggle with is pressure in my head. Then bam I am convinced of a tumor. Anxiety is terrible. My bf is in school for psychology and he said you can train your body to do some crazy stuff. He also said anxiety can make your body do crazy things. I also used to get ringing in my ears which I hated. Also, I found out was due to anxiety. I had never had that read about it and bam had that too. Hope this helps. If you can relate write back. How old are you xanax queen?

This is so timely-

I just had an eye exam about 2 weeks ago, and today I brought my son in for something. I asked the Dr. about the hazy, etc. and wondered if it could be allergies or dry eyes. I had LASIK and I am allergic to maple trees and birch trees. Both of which are popping out leaves right now. And my throat hurts like crazy and I have a headache behind my eyes.

I noticed that the starter of this thought was from WI. I am from MN. It could be one of those two things for her also.

Oh yea.. I get blurry vision and head numbness in my forehead, and sides of my head/neck. Floaters in both eyes, blurry Goofy Eye in right eye off and on. it's getting rarer, but slowly. Pain in the eye balls, and above them. Went to eye dr, all is well, no bad pressures or anything. Went to dr., and I have sinusitis. but anti-biotics didn't kick it.. sinus are sore and dry, but plugged up, if that makes sense. even bleed a little once in a while. Freaked me out. But she looked up my nose for about 3 seconds and I got the "oh yea, you have a sinus infection". I have had it now for about 6 weeks. Nothing seems to help it too much, but the saline flushing of them. You mix that with anxiety, tension headaches, tight and stiff neck muscles, clenching teeth, and you have a recipe for some dry sore, blurry eyes. I also take Wellbutrin and Ativan, which cause dry eye too. And I look at dual monitors all day long at work.

Dr. suggested lubricating eye drops, like artificial tears. Not like visine but the lubricating kind. They don't clear my eyes up fast or anything, but they do make them a little less sore. I'm not giving medical advice, but you might give them a try.

I know what you are talking about, I have been having eye issues for about 2 months now, maybe even a little more. It makes me anxious, because you can't really get past it, as you look through your eyes constantly. So it seems like it is always there! Do a forum "find" for blurry eyes, vision, etc. and you will find pages of people like us, with strange eye issues of all different sorts.

But I found that if I can get busy, and not think about it, I will not notice it, until I think about it. Then it comes zipping back. Tells me that it is probably all in our heads..

(little joke there :) )
