I've been trying to to exercise and for some reason i get really anxious right before i exercise. I try to do 20 min and i just feel horrible, i get dizzy, my jaw starts to hurt my arms hurt i just feel sick. i went to the cardiologist last month they said every was fine. i just had a rapid heart beat so they gave me beta blockers which i don't take cause i wanna try exercising first. but i can't even do that! any suggestions?

Slow down, take it easy. Start off by doing light comfortable exercise like taking a long walk. Allow yourself to relax and enjoy your surrounding while you ar exercising.
You may also want to try the CiGong relaxation exercises. They are very easy and help you to relax.
Please don't give up on exercise, it is critical to your recovery. Also, make sure you cut your sugar and cafene so your body & mind won't be so hyper. That will help a great deal.
