Stress Center Peer Support

Hi everyone - I'm just wondering people really stick with their monthy Peer Groups based on when they started the program? It doesn't seem like there's a lot of posts there. Do people mainly post in the "Everyone Welcome" or general "Anxiety Program" boards?

I have been working on the Program for a year now and I still don't know where to post !
I don't go into the Peer Support website on a regular basis, I don't know where or how to
navigate through the website. I need help on this too ! Lynda

I believe you're suppose to post in the month that you started the program, in hopes of grouping people who are at the same point in the program as yourself. The only problem with this is that there are very few people who participate on these message boards, which is unfortunate and I wonder all the time why there aren't more. I think most people have realized that their posts go unnoticed in that section of the boards, there seems to be a bit more activity on this General board.

I am finding this to be confusing too. I have started to post on the session that I am on that week. Now that I am on session six it seems like no one else is . ? or I'm the only one doing it this way.
