Hi all. So I am back and hope to get through all these dark days and emotions. I have never completed the because of distractions or should I say unmotivation. I want so bad the change I just can't stay focused. I have time every day while children are in school. I suffer from social anxiety, depression I beleive. Because I cry quite often and loneliness. I feel like I really don't accomplish much every day and it is getting worse. Any words of encouragement or advice would be great. I want to get better just feel I am so tired and don't know where to start and how to keep focused.

If you have the program, please give it a chance. Try it again, slowly, patiently, and with determination. Do it for your children. They deserve a loving mother who is doing the most important job there is: caring for them.
Do the program in sequence. You will get to some parts (positive self talk, meditation) that can help you to turn your life around. You can do it; we are rooting for you.

Thank you so much for the support. You made me feel so much better reading this. I am going to try it again. Any advice on a routine, I am so lacking the organizational skills I need. I just get sidetracked and overwhelmed. My children do need this and thats what I keep telling myself. I had a lonely childhood at times and don't want that for them. I am ready to set the negativaty away for good and get myself right. I beat myself up and put myself down too much and that does me know good.

It is very hard, to be sure. Do not mean to minimize your feelings. I had a lonely childhood too then almost made up for it with my own children. Have fun with yours: their games, their books, their music, their art work.
You may need to set time aside to do the program before they are up, when they nap, or after they are in bed at night. You will find a routine suitable for you. Keep trying. Patience. Best to you.
