how to stay positive?

so i'm up late and tired, again. i haven't been sleeping well especially for the past week.
i've been feeling a lot of the things that jill posted about stress and anxiety causing body symptoms. some, though, still worry me when i get them. i fight in mma and now i'm worried that maybe it's not from stress and it's because i get hit in the head to much.
i had a cat scan done. the doc said everything looked fine, but then i think,''what if that's not advanced enough to see anything that may be causeing these sensations.'' like i get a shaky dizzy feeling at times in my head and that causes anxious feelings.
the other thing is week 3 in the program. i find it difficult to come up with something positive to make me feel good about this because what if it's real and not just stress? what is something positive about that? it's hard to shake the negatives that attach themselves. i understand the importance of being positive and it'd be great if i could get some feedback with what to bring up to my doctor and how to stay positive?
