Hi Everyone. I'm new to the program although I've not receive it yet, I look forward to getting started. It's comforting to know that there's others that experience some of the same issues as I do. I generally have anxiety over being around people and experience general depression, i.e. feelings of sadness without any apparent reason. I don't feel as though I have a safe person to talk to so I'm sure the community will help to fill this void.

Thanks EddyJ.
I just received my program! At first glance it looks like a lot of material to cover but I'm up for the challenge. Good luck to me

Welcome Darlene
It was a little overwhelming looking at all the material for me so I put it all away except the first sessions and lessons 1-4. Then I take out what I need as it comes up. It helped me not to feel so overwhelmed. I am still working the program and learning new things about myself all the time. It's as if they followed me around as a case study hahaha.
I look forward to you posting again. Take care,
Jill~

Welcome Darlene,
When I first started listening to the CD's, it was if Lucinda was describing me--like she knew the deepest secrets of my mind. You will find the material very helpful, but I am on my second pass through it. Do not be lazy like me on the first time--do ALL your homework and record your negative thoughts in writing. I tried to just mentally do it the first time and did not make as much progress as I wanted. Also, be sure to journal--you'll learn a lot about yurself and some of the insights will surprise you.
You can do it and best of luck to you. Just take it one step at a time and yu'll get there.

Yep, this is me too. I'm about to start the program for the second time because when I started feeling a LOT better (probably around week 6 or 7 of the first time), I totally started slacking off.

Well, today was a good day. I worked in my workbook yesterday and listened to some of the first CD this morning. Yesterday was the fifth day of my taking the Good Day supplemental vitamins and I really noticed a difference, I was actually in a good mood today. Mondays are usually a crap shoot for me since I have a lot of anxiety about going to work on Monday. It usually takes me a few glasses of wine to get me through Sundays with all the preparation and planning that I have to do. And of course I always feel guilty about it afterwards. But yesterday I got through the day without having a glass of wine at all! Thanks for the advice on working in the handbook and following the program step by step. Thanks to all!!
