I don't know if you have alreay done this but it woulod be nice to have the relaxation cd made into an app that we can download to our smartphones. I see alot of ppl saying it is hard to fit it in and I'm having the same problem. If we had it on our phones it would be with us all the time. Thank you

Tells me how out of the loop I am re an "app" (?) "smartphone," (?) etc. But I'm fine without all that.

I do not have this relaxation CD, but I do meditation twice a day without fail, without interruption. In my mind meditation requires quiet, concentration, dedication. With discipline and effort I believe it can work wonders. Best to you.

If you want even better relaxation and meditations check out the free podcasts and downloads for smartphones at meditationoasis dot com. I you have an iPhone, go to the iTunes store and search for them there. They are really good and there are different ones you can choose from. There are also many others there as well. I find these better than the one that came with this program.

I finally bought me a portable CD player so that I could listen to a relaxation CD privately and wherever. It definitely has made a difference. And the CD i listen to came with a book where the mother had lost a child to suicide. So I really enjoy this CD compared to Lucinda's although I haven't listened to Lucinda's except one time while I was taking a bath. I felt at the time with my anxiety and scary thoughts it would not be good to relax too much in a hot bathtub, I had fear enough being in the bathtub and kept my cell phone with me in case I were to "freak out" or have a panic attack. That's how bad I was more than 8 months ago. Yikes! :o Paislee

Just rip the CD to an MP3 file, then copy it to your smartphone and play it using the phone's built-in music-player. No need for a special app -- your phone's already got a music-playing app.

Best of luck,
