We just received a phone call that my husband, my 9 yr old son and I have to go to court on Monday regarding an incident where my son was bit in the face by a dog. I am so nervous about it and the chance that we will all have to testify. I'm trying to get it under control so that I don't ruin my whole weekend worrying. Any tips, advice are welcome. I've been doing better with the anxiety thanks to the program (week 8) and lexapro. How an I going to do this? It's also an hr drive to get there

Try and use those nerves to be on top of your game. Try and go in prepared. Think of questions they may possibly ask you, almost like preparing for a job interview where someone will be asking you questions, this will be much the same. I have a review at work tomorrow, so I feel your pain

But I've prepared a list of things to discuss, this makes me feel better. I know if I walked in without preparing, I would be even more nervous.
