Accomplishment!

I did something that I gave been struggling with a couple of months a few days ago. Since I am in high school, my friend and I joined the track team. I was excited at first, but then a few days into the season I started having panic attacks at practice. :cry: I would fear passing out since the practices were quite intense sometimes. I would worry about practice all day long at school, and by the time practice started, I would be extremely anxious. :( I would avoid track meets because of my feelings. Also, because I did not want to go long distances away from home and my parents because I feared that something bad would happen to me.
My anxious feelings have been improving since the season started in February and I do not get as anxious for practice now! But I still had been avoiding track meets. We just had a traveling meet a few days ago and I challenged myself to go. :shock: I went to the meet, preformed well, and came back all without having an anxiety attack!! I conquered two things in that meet: Traveling and actually preforming at a track meet! :D
This proves this program can help anybody! Iam doing so much better than I was before.

Wow, Panicfree, I am impressed. You accomplished so much. It proves the point that if you really, really persevere at something, it can be done. All I can say is Well Done. Good luck with all your goals! :)
