At 50 Can I stop being nervous?

At the age of 50 years old can I stop being so nervous when I talk to people? I can tell that I am talking very fast and nervous when I communicate with people. I can tell it makes some of them uncomfortable. Other's have made fun of my nervousness. All my life I have been called very nervous. I don't know why I was always that way. Perhaps it's too much coffee... That is some of it I am sure. I guess what I want to know, is, will this Stress Center series (which I own, by the way), help me to come across as calm and reserved? I really don't want to be nervous anymore.

Thank you.

From what I've read, the program here is very effective in helping people. Give it a chance, give it the time and attention it asks for. It offers guided meditation which goes a long way to calm and give confidence at the same time. I meditate twice a day without fail. Wishing you success. Happy Easter.

Its never too late to change things that you truly desire to change! If people can train for the marathon, starting at age 50, you can change your issues that you have! Of course, it will take a true desire, dedication, and commitment to achieve this!
