Im new questions

I just started and I was a little confused about the weekly program schedule. When should I read the section in the workbook? Do I also watch the coaching video that corresponds with each session when I first watch the new session? What is the 30-day promise? I cant find any info on that in the workbook. Thanks

hi army wife just do one session a week watch the coaching session if you like and the 30 day promise is a guarantee on this programme if you don't like it after 30 days i believe you get your money back but i love the programme and believe it is a life saver and good luck to you
