Ok so I have had issues with anxiety for many years. I think I have it mostly under control but recently starting to question that. I am wondering if I have more stress/anxiety than I am aware of?? I get this brain fog thing often and feel like I am like diabetic or something...lol I know it sounds silly and yes I have been tested for this. I keep getting told its probably anxiety but I dont feel like I have much anxiety. Have any of you had this happen? Like not aware that you have as much stress and anxiety as you thought? Sometimes I just feel crappy and lethargic and my eyes burn. I eat very healthy and exercise regularly! Thank you for reading!

Tebori, I get the same symptoms! I feel crummy, lethargic and my eyes burn. Ugh... The other day on Dr Oz he showed what happens to us when we are stressed. He showed how the muscles tense up around our neck as a way of protection if we were afraid of a tiger or something. So this gives us neck aches, shoulder and upper back aches as well. I would assume it is cutting off blood to our brain as well. I don't like the knot in my throat either. Well, you're not alone in these symptoms. Paislee

Thank you for your reply Paislee! Yeah some days are worse than others...just not sure what is causing this lol like i said I don't necessarily feel stressed out or anxious. I mean I guess I do have a lot going on right now in my life as far as stress goes...maybe I am supressing it or this is how its manifesting or something?? not sure but i hate it. It makes me feel like foggy brain...hard to explain and yes my eyes burn with this foggy brain thing. yuck

I too have this darn "foggy head". It is one symptom that I just hate~ feels so hard to clear. I feel kind of stupid sometimes like I am not thinking clearly. Dizzy spells tend to go along with it. Ugh!! I guess is doesn't help that it is allergy season and I get all plugged up. I feel for you ladies and have heard others say this same thing, yet when it is going on it tends to really bother me too! :x
