Stress Center Peer Support

Hello Everyone, this is my first day of this program. I have had panic attacks since i was eight years old and I am wanting Help. My childhood was rough, my mom went a few divorces and now I always have a anxiety when I meet new people and then they move or we stop talking. I have meet some really neat people on a a job they are working on where I live and they are leaving this weekend to go back home and I have inner nervousness all week long fearing that I will have a panic attack that wont stop and I would be able to talk anymore I know that sounds silly but that is the thought I had cant make it go away can someone Help me I want to make all these thoughts to go away.. Moving has been a huge part of my life so I know the suffering it causes. It has to do with attachment, with separation, with loss. It can help to understand the reasons and to know time will also help. Nowadays there is also the possibility of staying in touch which can ease the transition.
