I purchased Attacking Anxiety in 95 for my sister - who never did use it...here I am all these years later and I find myself in the position that she once was suffering from anxiety and negative thinking...my question is...should I try to older version? Do you think it will help?

Absolutely try the older version. The newer version has been updated for some talk on depression but as far as anxiety goes, it hasn't changed much, if at all. In fact, I am currently using the older version. Go for it and much good luck to you!

Wyz,
Yes!!! Try it! I have the new version but as Flyer said she has the older one. You will learn much about anxiety and you will feel better for doing it. Good Luck!

The only difference is that some are on VHS tapes and Cassette tapes vs CDs and DVDs. They will help either way!
