Dear forever:
The last few nights I have been tracking my sleeping pattern.
It has gone like this. I sleep for one hour. Then I wake up.
Then I use the restroom. I sleep for two hours. Then I wake up.
Then I use the restroom. I sleep for two more hours.
Then I wake up. Then I, again, use the restroom.
I sleep for two more hours ( maybe ) and then I lie around
for a while. And then I get up.
I also have had a night eating
problem recently. The last time I had night eating was when
I was taking the Lunesta. I have not taken the Lunesta for
probably two years.
I don't know if I snore or have the sleep
apnea because I live alone and I don't have a clue if I stop
breathing at night. Sleep apnea is becoming more common
now than ever. Maybe I have a bladder problem and that is
why I wake up ? Once again, I don't know anything about
that subject. I seem to be able to fall asleep ( finally )
without sleep medication, but I cannot stay asleep for too long.
I don't even remember the last time I slept four hours in a row.
I haven't slept well for at least 7 years, or longer.
I have been sleeping in a recliner for 7 years because I have
physical conditions that cause pain when I lie down flat in a bed.
What a mess.
I am seeing a brand new Primary Care Physician this week.
I am hoping that a fresh new set of eyes from a new
PCP will help me to get the help I need. Very little sleep or
loss of sleep can deeply effect your emotional and physical health.
I am literally TIRED ALL OF THE TIME. Day and night.
