Hi Stressed Randy, Welcome.
Have you gotten all the chores taken care of? Homework, dishes, bills paid something is makeing you anxious.
Answer here only if you want , What did the roomate stir up inside you? Something changed the mood, did they use your deoderant? Leave a mess? Crap on the carpet? A little soul searching for the trigger can be good. To much thinking about worry can be not so good.
Tomorrow is a new day, do something for you.

Hi,
As usual, whatif's advise is great, and funny too.
I want to add that we need to do a little detective work. You say "every night between 8 and 9 you feel anxiety.
Well, do you know why this is so? Dig deep to get to the root of your problem.
You can do it....
PS
Gross. I don't like roots. Gross

Anxiety usually forces us to have unrealistic expectations of ourselves. It could very well be because you are putting too much pressure on the what you didnt get done in the day, and what needs to be done tomorrow. Especially if it is always occurring at the same time. Your roommate couldve stressed you because when you are already anx/dep you are a lot more sensitive! keep that in mind! Check lesson three, it gives some positive self affirmations. Make sure you are switching those negative thoughts into positives (this was the HARDEST habit for me, but it works!!). IE, I didnt get the laundry done today, but that's because I was SO productive with the dishes and homework! (or whatever seems to be struggling you).
Best of luck, and the fact that you acknowledge there is an issue, is really the biggest step!

Good Luck tonight, StressedRandy.
I hope you do not experience anxiety. I'll keep my fingers crossed.....
