I posted on here awhile back about my recovery. I have to say that since my last post...life is better than ever. I assure you there is an end to your misery. I suffered 4 long years and was at the end of my rope. Today...I am happier and stronger than ever! Hoping you can all find my old post on here, because it's just too much to type right now, but I wanted to stop in and inspire you all to get where I am today. I got my life back and you will too. Stay strong and NEVER give up! :D
I made a YouTube video I wanted to share with EVERYONE. Keeping you all in my heart, giving you strength, lots of prayers and the HOPE you need to succeed. It will get better...I promise! God Bless... Pray http://t.co/ok7SX22 via @youtube

Congratulations on your improvement! Can you share some specifics to how you have improved so much? Are you on any medication now? Do you still display some symptoms of anxiety? If so, how often? I am sure that we can all benefit from you on how you have come to improve so much with anxiety! Thanks!

It is a good video with Justin Bieber singing, Change. It has photos of Japan, Soldiers, Cancer, and other things. Sort of a tear jerker, and yet hopeful. I would add that we need a change in the suicide rate that has gone up that many people are unaware of. Paislee

I think someone sent me a link on that from the other site. i do agree on the suicide issue we need to reduce those numbers drastically. I am also aware of your reasoning for supporting this great cause. You are a fine person Paislee. ;)

OK, first I have to apologize for not responding. I have been so busy and I NEVER come on here, because I have moved away from anxiety. I will have to say that when you go through anxiety or any other situations when it deals with taking medications, there is a stigma attached to it as being bad or crazy. When it comes down to reality...it is no different than a diabetic needing insulin or a person taking synthroid for their thyroid because they now lack the hormones their body can produce. I don't think with anxiety you HAVE to have it, but if you need it, it can help in so many ways. My thinking was so irrational and clouded that when I took it, I could think more clear and that helped me to think more rational. But it was still my job to think rational and believe it. I still take meds to this day. The only difference between your thoughts on it and mine are, I got my life back and I don't care if I'm on meds forever. I have the most normal happy life and if I have to take meds to feel this way for the rest of my life, so be it. When you have anxiety you put shame on meds. only wondering when you will be able to get off. I on the other hand, feel so normal that if it ain't broken...why fix it, nor do I put focus on it. I just don't care nor am I afraid to get off. I just don't put focus on it.

As for feeling anxiety ever. Yes there are times when you feel anxious. It's part of being human and that NEVER goes away. The difference is, how I respond to it now as opposed to how I would respond to it then. Anxiety is stress and you can't ever get away from stress, but it really comes down to how you deal with it. It just doesn't bother me and I don't deal with all those sensations that my body would experience back then. We are talking a little stress vs the insane anxiety I experienced back in the day.

Anyway, hope this helps. Glad you liked my video. I'm hoping I can inspire a lot of you and give you the help and support you need. Best wishes...
