not again........

HI everyone. Well i have dealt with Anxiety and panic attacks for many years now. i went through the program about 6 years ago and have been really good ever since.
So about 5 years ago i had to have alot of surgeries, that caused a lot or scar tissue and now since then i have been on pain medication. I was doing well on in but this last week or so ive been feeling really weird and scared. Im thinking my anxiety is coming back but idk. Every little thing is freaking me out now. If i get nausous, if i feel hot for no reason. Even yesterday i got a really bad bloody nose that i couldnt stop and if FREAK ME OUT!!
Everything in my body feels weird and wrong. Im scared all the time now and i dont know why. After being ok with this pain medication for years can it do that? They did start me on a new on this last week but the first 3 days on it i was fine. Help me im freaking out, how do i know if this is just anxiety again or if something is really wrong?
