Stress Center Peer Support

I just bought the program. I am hoping and praying that this will help as I am in the worst panic and depression of my life right now. Has this program helped anyone here with panic, depression, and agoraphobia? Also what are the supplements that they send you? Do they help make you feel better?

Thank you T Bones. I am a religious person but know that I have a lot of work to do in that area. I am glad that you are doing better. I had agoraphobia ten years ago and couldn't leave the house and now it has returned! I keep telling myself that God has a reason for everything. I believe that people like you are here to help me and others through the grace of God. I hope that I will get better soon to tell my story again and help others through this.

Pardon me for intruding but I have to pitch in.For you Mrs TBones I think WE have exactly the same experience on the matter.I would love to keep in contact with you in posts because we have TONS to share with each other,sorry if I'm making you feel uneasy-be cool.As for you Charles H ,the supplements I asked my Psychiatrist and he told me he would consult with a specialist.<span class="ev_code_RED">BRAVO</span>for acquring the program,although Mrs TBones advice is right on the money.Is my case too.The program confirms and reinforces what I alresdy knew instinctively.Enough blabber for now.PEACE. <span class="ev_code_BLUE">ANGEL2</span>

ANGEL2. I will have to find out some more on the supplements also. If you hear something from your psychiatrist please let me know. Going to seem like a long time for the program to get here.
