I like to skim through whatever I watch or read. It's an ADD thing. Can I take these lessons and just go through them as I please or is it best to do it from start to finish?
Thanks

Dear King Peace,

If you stop to think about it for a moment, you've answered your own question simply by asking it.

According to Websters Dictionary, ADD is a syndrome of DISORDERED learning. The fact that you wish to SKIM the material would seem to me to literally play right into the disorder itself. If your goal is to conquer this...READ EVERY SINGLE WORD! If you only sit and read for 2, 5, 10 minutes at a time don't skip a word or a line as you may miss a very crucial piece of information meant to assist you in this journey. This may feel "disordered" but if your in this to win it and you skim it, you've defeated your purpose before you've even begun. I think skiming the program material is exactly what you should NOT do:-) Show yourself some love and be patient with YOU! (a minute at a time if necessary).

Peace & Blessings!

Absolutely, do everything in order. One Lesson builds on the other. This is the way the program is structured. Please don't skip. Good luck!
