Hi all,

I cannot believe that after all this time my hypochondriasis is getting the best of me. Today I obsessed all day that I had appendicitis or was having a gallbladder attack. I can't stand it and I just don't know how to cope with it sometimes! I usually think that I have MS, cancer, you name the scare and I have it. Please help with any suggestions! My life is chaos right now--we are moving from MA to FL, my house is in shambles, I have to give my notice at work in the next couple weeks and I am scared. I am very excited to move but also very scared!

Slow down and breathe deeply like the program taught you, whenever you get that "what if" feeling. Then, tell yourself that it's normal to be excited at this time and you do have a lot to do, but you will handle it. Then.. do something related to your move, and move forward. Make a list and cross stuff off so you can see your progress.

Don't let your hypochondriasis take you off task and mess up your goal of moving.

Good luck!
