Stress Center Peer Support

I have no idea what to do to be involved in the program with others on this site.
I have been listening for 4 weeks. today was my last day for Session 4 and will
start Session 5 tomorrow. I have not had a chance to got on this site but now
that I am I do not know what to do for the support. Please let me know.

you can start a thread and ask a question, you can ask a question right now, or just tell us how you feel. You can talk to people in the chat room. You can look for posts that deals with what you're going through and respond and ask questions then.

There's so many ways.
