Thank you. I am new to this progam and I am having a hard time turning negative thoughts into positive ones and this was very helpful.

I have used these techniques from David Burns: Feeling Good Mood Therapy books. I was able to wean myself off of Wellbutrin and Xanax. Although, I've had a setback a few months later, I'm still off of Wellbutrin and Xanax. I think part of the setback, was that I didn't keep working David Burns program or his Negative/Positive thinking forms. Plus I changed therapists.
Thanks to my sister, I've found Lucinda's CDs and this website it is really helping.
