The past few months I've been struggling with breathing. I will be fine and then randomly out of nowhere I will either get dizzy or I won't be able to breathe well. Sometimes both, sometimes only one. It seems to happen when I'm calm too, and not anxious about anything. I've gone to the doctor and everything seems to be fine. Does this happen to anyone else? What do u do for it? It's really scary.

Aliengal,
First sit down or lie down and get comfortable. Listen to the meditation CD 2-3 times per day. It tells you how to breathe and relax. It could have something to do with sudden changes in blood pressure or blood sugar levels. It is actually quite common, especially among us phobics, as often subconscious thoughts that we are not even aware of can cause such symptoms. The WORST reaction is to become fearful. The key is to relax. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, that you may come to an expected end." (Jeremiah 29:11)--very comforting to me; hope it helps you, too. Be blessed.
