Does anyone else get this? I feel like I'm shaking on the inside sometimes. Mostly in my torso area. Especially at night when I am trying to go to sleep and sometimes during the day if I am trying to rest. Like a buzzing on the inside. I don't know if it is anxiety or something else? I did get a blood draw this morning and am waiting for the results. Thanks.

Truths, I too have had like a trembling on the inside. I think it is anxeity. It does not stay for long times, and its not always. Its always good to have things checked out, but I would think anxeity.
Let us know, and try to relax.

Thanks THH,
Mine isn't all the time either and I will report back on the blood work. It may be tomorrow or Friday as she is closed on Thursdays.
Relaxing....I'll have to work on that one!

Hi THH,
I got my blood work back already - yeah! I didn't have to sit and wait and wonder...
I found out my thyroid is way off so they are adjusting my medicine and I am way low on Vitamin D3 so I am going to start a supplement for that too. Everything else checked out OK. Yeah again! At least I now know what it is and it's an easy fix. I hope to start feeling much better soon. Thanks for sharing and caring.

Oh good! So nice that Thyroid is a easy fix. D is too. My husband takes that one. He was low too.
Glad you didn't have to wait for days on the return.

Hope you feel well real soon.

THH,
Thank you again. I truly appreciate your well wishes.
I usually get more sunshine but it's been so hot here in the Stress that we've been inside most of the time. Take care!

Hi Simple Truths....I am so glad your bloodwork did not give you more issues to deal with. I just saw this post and I would have responded immediately if I had seen it before. I have inside shaking A LOT. I had it a lot more when I first started having anxiety/panic attacks. I can't tell you what causes it but I can certainly sympathize! I posted on here about it but got no response, I tried to talk to Dr., family, friends......Oh well, you should have seen the looks I got when I said,"My guts are jumping". All tests and bloodwork were o.k. so I finally decided it wasn't going to kill me,YET

The deep breathing has really helped me deal with it. I wish you a peaceful, easy feeling (with no shaking)!

Hi can'tdanceandcan'trelax,
Thank you for your response. I know people who've never had it don't understand what you are talking about so it's good to hear from others who have experienced it.
It will take me awhile for the thyroid to adjust but I am hopeful that the shaking will subside soon. At least now knowing that, if nothing else, my thyroid being "off" was only making me more anxious. The med. I am taking didn't seem to be helping like before, well, now I know why! So, patience is going to be a key for me - which just happens to NOT be one of my strong points. Hmmmm....I wonder if the Lord is using this opportunity to teach me some more....
Life is a journey. Hope yours is peaceful.
