I've had low level anxiety pretty much all day today, and most of yesterday. No actual panic attacks, which is certainly good. I just can't pin down why I feel this way, and nothing so far has really helped it recede. I just feel a little nervous, and my throat feels tight nearly constantly. It's somewhat discouraging. *sigh*
Well, hopefully tomorrow will be better.

It's normal to have bad days along with the good. Know that these feeling will pass when given enough time. This is true of all anxiety, even full blown panic; it always passes, otherwise we'd all still be in our first panic attack!
On days like you are describing, my best approach is to exercise, often going for a walk. It usually helps to clear my mind and burn off excess energy at the same time. Give it a try.
I hope you're feeling better today,
Jamie

Thanks for the advice, Jamie.

Yesterday was better, anxiety was only a fleeting thought a couple times, and easily dealt with. Today is a good day, too.
Tomorrow, on to Session 3!
