I am new to the program and am currently working on session 3 lessons. I am feeling positive that the program will work for me. I am probably getting ahead of myself because I am sure later sessions will deal with this, but there is this persistent fear I have and I don't know how to stop letting it scare me.
I live in California where there are a plethora of earthquakes. Well if they weren't scary enough on their own I worry every day, especially when I am in bed trying to go to sleep, that we are going to have one. Any little movement I feel sets off an anxiety response. I hate this. I know on one level that there is no point worrying about something until you are faced with it, but I still scare myself. Does anyone else do this?
