Hi Everyone. I have started the program twice and have not made it passed session 6. I get overwhelmed and give up. I really need to get better, I am always feeling so down and unhappy and I am the only one to change it. Please any veterans out there who have successfully finished the program let me know how to make it work for me. I want so bad to be happy and quit always coming down on myself and thinking negative thoughts. I have so many family issues and to hear myself talk I sound jealous of others. I don't want to be and really need to put a stop to it. I hope to get some feedback and that I can't make this happen because I am ready just overwhelmed.
