Hi Everyone. I have started the program twice and have not made it passed session 6. I get overwhelmed and give up. I really need to get better, I am always feeling so down and unhappy and I am the only one to change it. Please any veterans out there who have successfully finished the program let me know how to make it work for me. I want so bad to be happy and quit always coming down on myself and thinking negative thoughts. I have so many family issues and to hear myself talk I sound jealous of others. I don't want to be and really need to put a stop to it. I hope to get some feedback and that I can't make this happen because I am ready just overwhelmed.

You can make it happen, Ali. You can continue with the program WHILE feeling those feelings. You need to push through them. You are allowing those feelings to self sabotage you. Don't allow that anymore. Go to the next tape or cd. Feel your discomfort and understand that it will pass. To make it easier, break it down into small sections. First listen to the tape. You have one week with each tape so do a little everyday in your workbook, listening to the tape over and over again to keep it fresh in your mind. You will begin to feel less stressed.
