Hey,

Help yourself and do some research on it and don't confuse it with the pains of depression okay.My brother has it,I don't worry about getting it though !

Love,
How about you focus on your Friend the one that is in Extreme Pain? I am sure you will be okay. We all have aches and pains are part of life. Your friend needs you now, they might need some help with things around the house or driving or something? I'd focus on them and their new Diagnosis which I imagine is pretty devistating to them.
You will be okay.
:)

Are you doing the program Combatting Stress and Depression Program? If not I think that would help you very much.None of us here are doctors and we can't diagnose each other based on a "feeling" that's just not realistic or safe. Again I would encourage you to get the program and face your fears. And ask your friend how you might be of help to them in this scary unknown time they are dealing with. Even if it's just praying for them, it might be very much appreciated :)
Take care

Hey Loveya,

Do some research on anxiety so you can see for yourself but according to the research I've done, which has been alot over many years, anxiety does cause muscle aches due to the tension we create from being anxious people. If you don't exercise, you should try a little. This is a major source of tension release for me. Even just a few stretches help. For me, I experienced major neck shoulder and back pain due to anxiety or sometimes I'd have a little shooting pain in my legs. And I'd always know when I need to exercise b/c my body would start to ache everyday after not exercising for about 2 weeks or more. If I let it go for months I'm miserable. Soon as I get back to it, I feel so much better.

Of course, if u haven't seen a doctor, see one to rule out any physical medical issues. Tell them your concerns and go from there. But really try exercise if u can. Just a 10-15 minute walk is better than nothing and just that little can make a difference for now.
