I've been through the program twice now, It really is wonderful, My anxiety is virtually gone, well apart from the every day anxiety that everyone has, But I no longer have panic attacks and have no restrictions in my life, the program really is a life saver 
I shouldn't really complain as I have come so far, but its the life skills side of things that I'm having hard time with, I'm still very much an over reactor, I constantly set myself up for disappointment, I have high expectations of myself and life, I'm still very much rather negative with my attitude in life, I seem to do nothing but complain, infact if I didn't complain I think i'd lead a very quiet life as I don't say much else.
As I say I've been through the program but these parts just are gelling with me. Any tips appreciated.
