I have been dealing with anxiety for little over and as many of you all of the multiple body symptoms, I am having a feeling like a snake is moving around in my chest. But of course no snake is in my body so it is my muscle moving around, but is driving me bonkers!!!!!

Does anyone have a remedy to this issue instead of breathing correctly?
