I have suffered from anxiety for most of my life. Also managed, so I thought, to create a way to do just enough to keep from dealing with underlying fear, torment and limitiations. This season of anxiety and fear is a doozy. Trying to avoid becoming agoraphobic, but there is som uch personal stress going on in my life I feel like I drowing in "what ifs". Today i broke down and cried like a baby. Anyway, I am willing to try this blog in hopes that there may be enough aha's that give insight and courgae.

greetings, bobbyb - i know how you feel, really ! ! - i, too , am continaully "gridlocked" by this more than annoying fear/anxiety ! ! - but, wildcard is right, smile, be happy, it's a new day, which means it's a new oportunity to make things better, to set new goals, to work hard at improving and healing ourselves, and finding ways to maneuver thru' these awful, difficult, life situations ! - YOU CAN DO IT ! ! ! - so can i, 'cause we're here , together, and we're all going to put out super effort, lots of prayer, and diligence to get strong and confident ! ! - stay focused here - NEVER give up ! - mj
