Hey, I've had social anxiety since I was in the 7th grade. So far in the tapes I don't really hear much on the social aspects of anxiety, its a great program but I just wish it went over more of teh social parts. So far my anxiety programs have gotten so bad that I sometimes feel wierd around family and friends, which further lowers my confidence, and i get anxiety about going on the Peer Support chat rooms at times, which angers me because I should be for it, the people on it are just like me, and nice on top of it. I just feel like a hopeless mess at times. Can anyone else relate?

Oh yes I can relate. I also have social anxiety, I think session 3 is the cure, when you feel anxious is social situation put up that stop sign and use positive self talk.
