Have any of you done the program more than once? What is the best way to do this, since I know a lot of it and have used certain CDs to supplememnt myself.
I am still suffering from worry, negative self-talk and racing thoughts...

I am just beginning on this program, but have gone through David Burns, Feeling Good Mood Therapy book years ago and last year went through his workbook called 10 Steps to Self Esteem. Session 7 & 8 Ninja post much of what is in his workbook to get rid of racing thoughts and negative self talk.

I find that in going through the program a second time, I treat it as if I was going through it for the first time. I don't skip anything, even if I think I know it all. I do all of the exercises again. I have picked up so much the second time around, things that I missed on the first go around. Good luck with it!
