I hope someone helps you out. I only have the CDs and I'm even missing two sessions. They belong to my sister, who sent them to me.

3.RE-STRUCTURE-state the positive.
4.TRANSPORT-negative state to a positive one.
5.PROBLEM SOLVE-what can you DO to improve the situation?
6.WRITE-change negative dialogue to positive. four each day
positive feelings can't coexist with negative thoughts.
change your mind; change your mood.
