I took the course when the course was on VHS about 10 years ago prior to 9-11. I went from attempted suicide to my present state of joy and happiness.

I know exactly what many of you are feeling. So here I am to help in any way possible.
The course did radically change me but it took time, lots of it, and over time the cumulative effects did begin to work on me. Today, I am achieving things that when I was in the doldrums were impossible to even think.

Your welcome. I wonder what's the best way I can help here. I want to do volunteer work to help people who are presently in the situation I was. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Anxiety and depression are two wicked demons who don't want to let go but Lucinda's course is the water to extinguish their fire. It takes time though. I tell you at my lowest point I wanted to kill myself and tried but I am not a good chemist. So, I know the pain and it is so awful that words can NOT describe it.

What kind of farming do you do? I'm not Mexican but was raised on a dairy farm. Its a good life, farming.

What a nice positive post :D I'm still a work in progress but I have certainly made progress. I think the key is using the skills shown which ultimately lessens the anxiety and you experience less and less of it. But trying to eliminate all anxiety is next to impossible. I still have anxiety but I deal with it SO much better than I use to. I was a little anxious the other night over something but was actually able to *shock* rationalize my thoughts and felt a whole lot better.

Good to have you here Josecito :D
