Stress Center Peer Support

hello everyone...thank you for reading this post.
I started the program again, may be the 3rd time.

This time I am getting involved with the journaling and the forum, which I didn't in the past...anyway, the relaxation cd is wonderful, but it has gotten damaged in my car...
Does anyone know how I can get another one?
or, download one? or something? I like that one, I'm sure I could use a different one, but want to follow the program as it's recommended...

You might contact StressCenter.com to see if they can send a replacement, however I am of the firm belief that any good relaxation or meditation cd will work.

If you have access to iTunes, you can download lots of them from the Podcasts section absolutely free of charge. Some names to look for (and some I use) are: Anxiety Slayer, Meditation Oasis, The Meditation Podcast.com. There are many other and you can search under "meditation" or "relaxation" or "anxiety".
