Stress Center Peer Support

I've recently started having heart palpitations and throat contriction and hard to breathe. I've had anxiety attacks before so I know what they feel like coming on and I usually know how to control them and make them go away, thanks to this program. Although, for the past couple weeks I've had strange heart palipations. I ended up in the ER one night and they couldn't find anything wrong and told me to go to my PCP. I did so, and she is referring me to a Cardiologist to make sure everything is OK-ie. englarged heart, hole in my heart, etc. I'm really nervous. It happened to me again last night and I took Ativan to try to calm down because that's what the doctor told me to do in the meantime. It helped, a little. But I just don't feel right. I don't know if this is all anxiety or not. I'm worried. Has this happened to anyone before??

Your FINE! (although its good to here that from a doctor) I have been to the ER twice in the past year and they have run every test in the world. I have had this CD series for a year and have been on and off of Klonapin & Zanax. I am currently taking Zanax and recently quit my job and decided that I must work through this program. I wish you the best of success
