I heard about it but I missed it. I love watching stuff like that because sometimes you can get one little thing out of it that could help you. Plus its a reminder that we all have our problems.

A therapist came to the woman's house and helped her get through her anxiety coaching her when she went outside.

Sounds interesting. I would have watched it if I knew it was on. I'm with Michelle--you never know when you might learn something helpful. Was it helpful for you to see my little buddy?

That is really interesting. I have to check it out. Also, in addition to various psych. illnesses I have been reading that eating certain foods causes anxiety for some. Sugar, wheat, caffeine can cause severe reactions in some people. I know because wheat did it to me. I've been wheat free for 8 months now and the result is the most amazing I've had all my life. There's a great book called Unstuck by Dr. James Gordon. He recommneds getting tested for food sensitivity. I never thought it would work for me, but I'm 90% better than before.

Thanks to your previous post about this I have recorded and am in the process of watching them all. I actually picked up something pretty profound from "Enraged" I don't suffer from debilitating anger like they did but, I do struggle with it sometimes.
So, thank you for the heads up! I am finding it quite interesting. "Anxious" has recorded I just haven't found time to watch it yet.
