Stress Center Peer Support

Hello, I'm new here and I am wondering if the latest version of the programme is available to buy in the UK? I have an old version of the programme from 1997 which I was given a while ago and which has really helped me but I am curious to know what is different in the newer programes and to have access to all the resources like the coaching videos - I want to make sure I am going through the most comprehensive version of the programe to get maximum benefits!

Is there anyone here who is in the Uk and has managed to buy it? Or even anyone who has a copy and would be willing to let me borrow it to see what differences there are(If any)?

Hi Heather I have an older version of the program probably around the same time.

Maybe you should check out ebay. You might be able to find the coaching videos on there.

Thank you for your message, I keep checking ebay and there doesn't seem to be many sets available that will ship to UK but I am ging to keep trying to see what I can find!
