Hey everyone its been a long time since I posted , so I have anxiety that will be fine for a long time , then something can just trigger it to be a constant anxiouse state almost like a very mild panic attack but it will stick around for a few weeks at a time , so I am looking for ways to handle a constant feeling of adrenaline surging through my body I am trying to ignore it but its not going away , any advice ?

My best advice is to go back to the basics. By that I mean to dig out all your information from the program, assuming you did the program, and practice the skills you learned on a daily basis. If you didn't do the program, then take some time to write down as many things you can think of that are positive and help you deal with anxiety.

Keep using your skills and techniques even when you feel good. That way if and when you have a bad day, you're fully prepared to deal with it. I'm not suggesting that you start anticipating anxiety, just that you not fall back into old habits. Keep yourself sharp; the skills we have learned are helpful in many areas of our lives beyond just anxiety and can be used daily to help us live more happy and fulfilling lives.
