i HAVE HAD PANIC ATTACKS FOR MANY YEARS,TRIED MANY MEDS TO HELP AND i STILL HAVE THEM.tIRED OF HAVING THEM.wHAT CAN HELP?

Are you drinking caffeine in any drinks that you consume during the day? How about white sugar? I know when I quit these two things my anxiety and panic goes away. Just wanted to share that with you. It might be of some help to you.

First of all, see your doc. do plenty of exercising' especially aerobics, jogging, walking. Get the heartbeat up, sweat, and this helps the cardio vascular going. Very soon you'll notice a better sleeping pattern,a good appetite. Exercise is very theraputic for me. give it a try, once you get into a routine you will amazed at the results. All the best, Ron
