Hi-

What do you guys do if you want to go on a trip, research it and book tickets and feel excited but nervous all at the same time? It's getting better in that I can see that it's the anxiety talking and I can tell myself that whatever happens I will handle it, but sometimes I still wake up early and the thought just churns. And the trip isn't until March 13. I don't want to obsess about it. Just pack the bikini and snorkel and GO!

Stay alert, be carefull, never be alone and do enjoy the place your going.

Just got back from Mexico and it was AMAZING! I did notice a rise in anxiety shortly before my trip but I told myself that I HAD to just go and do it and that I would LOVE it. And I was right. Try and live with those feelings and allow them to pass. I flew better this time that I have EVER flown, completely relaxed and rational for a change. And the trip itself was so much fun, we went fishing and snorkeling and saw some really wonderful things. When I got home, I thought how terrible it would have been if I hadn't gone. I'm just itching to go back now. You can do it!
